Hi! I'm a high school student from North Carolina wishing to study mycology in the context of soil and agricultural sciences. Currently, I'm working on understanding fungal taxonomy through identification processes. As a prospective mycologist, this blog serves as a passion project for me to showcase my findings and educate those who discover my blog. This blog seeks to celebrate not only biodiversity but also basic human curiosity!

Luckily for me, I attend college classes where I have access to light microscopes and other equipment that allow me to see the beautiful microscopic features of spores and other fungal tissue. Thank you to whomever reads my blog posts! :)
